Diet: Flexitarian. Daily functioning is most optimal with 3-4 meals per day, 1-2 servings of dark chocolate, and too much coffee.

Habitat: Mostly Canada, but currently resides in the much-preferred Mediterranean climate of Montenegro.

Species: Naturopathic doctor, health coach, dog mom.

Activity: Cycling method (free guide below). Enjoys being outdoors, walking her doggo Bruce. Does not run unless chased.
